Season 3: Peculiar Path
There is a peculiar path that I have called you to walk, and it is in spending time in My presence that you will discover that which I have called you to do, even prepared you for all the days of your life. You are correct in observing that it is only in hindsight that you can see how I have ordered your steps, because you lack vision and the faith to press on against adversity, and I must direct you by what seems to be an indirect and obscure even overgrown pathway to bring you to the place where I need you to be at the appointed time.
It is My responsibility to order your steps, but it is yours to continually look to Me daily looking for confirmation, encouragement, inspiration and mainly the desire to please Me and listen to what I’m saying to you so that you will stay on track. The times are dangerous ones that you live in and as you have learned the enemies of the household of faith can be far more devastating than anything the world can throw up against you. In this you have learnt the most important tactic of the enemy, who has infiltrated My Kingdom and nullified many good works by these tactics. Tactics however are just that and My great love and My power and My glory will overcome even the most wicked schemes of the evil one.
Love those that come to you with poison arrows and selfish ambitions. Bring them to the Heavenly Jerusalem. I will disarm them, as it is My city and My angels will not allow any to enter into the city of My Joy who carry any weapons. Selfish ambitions, jealousy, hatred, remorse cannot enter My Tzion as it is decreed from heaven itself and enforced by My angels. I am establishing My little Jerusalem’s throughout the earth.
My little Jerusalem’s are indeed engraved on the palms of My Hands and just as in type I will surely restore Jerusalem and the city of Tzion to an even greater glory and praise, so too I will touch communities and towns and cities as a fore type of My greater plans for the great and eternal city. They will be as it were models of what I will do on a much greater scale when the time is right. Don’t be too concerned with what and how and when and why and the wherefores, but concentrate on looking only to Me and I will lead you just as I led Moses in the wilderness, day by day, inch by inch, moment by moment.
The walk of faith is just that – taking one step at a time in the direction of My choosing. I bring people to walk with you, some for the length of your journey, some just for a short time either to encourage you or for you to minister to. It is important that you keep moving and that you are determined to follow Me wherever that leads. It seems at times that I have left you, but that is because I have gone before you blazing a trail making it easier for you and others to walk where I have already walked. I have gone ahead and prepared campsites for you with fresh running water and fresh supplies and although these things are hidden from your sight, I am most assuredly at work on your behalf and indeed all who are the heirs of salvation.
The paths of the righteous all lead to the Heavenly Jerusalem where we will all be together forever, dwelling in the glorious light of Heaven itself, its resplendent glory a reflection of the presence and nature of the Father (Abba) will dispel even the smallest speck of darkness, for light and darkness cannot coexist. You are little lights upon the way, dispelling pockets of darkness as you progress through life, leaving behind you a trail of glory that others can follow, guided all the time by My Holy Spirit (Ruach HaKodesh) you will arrive at your destination, on time and intact bringing with you your company of people, but more importantly having blazed a trail for others.
You are amazed that others have been helped by what seemed to you as blunderings, but I have been guiding you and keeping a watchful eye over you and as you look back you will see that you have not gone too far away at any time, as I have gently lead you back in the right direction.
When you came to a standstill, you can see now that you had walked into a blind valley, and the only way out was to double back or go around to find a ridge that would bring you up and over the mountains of resistance and opposition. You are learning that you can indeed see better with your eyes closed, and that progress is much faster and safer if you will simply put your hand in Mine and say – “take me this day where I need to go, lead me in the way everlasting, and when it is time for rest open my eyes that I may behold your face and enjoy the beauty of where we are at that point in time”. The journey will not in itself bring fulfilment, but knowing that I am with you each step of the way will satisfy you beyond your wildest desires. I am with you; I am for you from beginning to end. The Scripture says I will never leave you nor forsake you and I am true to My word. I never intended for any of My children to walk their life’s journey alone or to achieve great things for Me in isolation. I am always just a prayer away, there is no need to feel lonely or rejected, but you must grow in your dependence upon Me and Holy Spirit (Ruach HaKodesh) to guide and lead you as never before.
Prayer is a way of life, not something to be resorted to in an emergency. I have many languages of prayer that are still undiscovered by you and many others and I desire to communicate with you night and day accompanying you in the journey of life that I have called you to fulfil. Opening up the lines of communication in prayer is where you need to start looking. Are you open to My Spirit talking to you each and every moment of the day, or do you want to keep Me at a safe distance, on your terms so to speak. These are the real issues that need to be addressed if there is to be a real breakthrough in prayer.
I am wanting to guide, instruct, correct and discipline you, but the last two words are not that popular, but if you are to walk a life of obedience, trust and fulfilment and experience an outpouring of My glory, then you will need to be open and willing to receive My rod of rebuke and discipline, so that I can put upon you My yoke to guide and direct you each moment of everyday. My ability and willingness to communicate is not the issue, it is your openness or the lack of it that causes the blockage.
You must be a doer. Hear and obey, for from obedience springs forth My life as it is My word to you and it is quick and able and powerful to achieve that which it is sent forth to achieve. You call and I will answer. If you don’t want to speak to Me, then I cannot speak to you, it really is that simple. There are indeed seasons of prayer, but your life needs to be a prayer that always has the lines of communication open 24-7. Walk prayerfully in My presence acknowledging that I am indeed with you in all that you do, see, plan and think about. You will learn to not only experience great joy, but you will learn to walk in it.
Walking in forgiveness is a good place to start, and I will teach you this and other principles to set you free to walk with Me day by day, moment by moment along the peculiar path that I have chosen for you to walk.
