A Time of Miracles
Hanukkah is a time to get back on track. Focus on Me and let Me do a miracle in your life. Light the candle of My Presence in your spirit and jealously guard that flame doing all you can to procure an ongoing supply of Ruach HaKodesh (Holy Spirit) oil you will need to keep the lamp burning.
Just as there was time needed to prepare the special oil for the Lamp of My Presence, so there is a process that you need to undertake to prepare yourself so that the light of My Presence can shine in your tabernacle. It took eight days to mix the necessary ingredients, process them and refine them before the final product was ready to be burnt. Exodus 27:20 NKJV speaks of the olives that needed to be pressed together or crushed to produce the oil that was to fill the reservoir in the lamp stand. It required physical effort to gather the olives, de pip them, to press them and to draw off the oil and finally sieve it to ensure its texture was pure and consistent.
When the oil was ready, from evening till morning the Lamp of My Presence burnt in the Tent of Meeting giving all My people access to Me 24/7. The sun by day lit the tent through the open door, and the lamp by night lit the tent from within, both being symbols of My bright presence making the tent of meeting a place of light and welcome access for My people.
When darkness falls on your life and the light of My Son seems to have faded, it is through the process of crushing that pure oil is produced. This oil will fuel the Lamp of My Presence that is within you and light up your tabernacle, so that I can meet with you and sup with you from evening till dawn.
It is in the dark hours that the pure oil that has come from persecution, rejection, hurt and suffering will be the fuel to cause My light to shine forth. You will know that it is My light because it comes from within bringing hope, reassurance, rest and rejuvenation, sustaining you until the dawn when the light of My Son will again arise upon and around about you bringing you into the new day of the Spirit.
The time from evening to dawn is a time where My peculiar light is available to you and burns brightly throughout the darkest of nights. It is the lamp upon your way, it will enable you to see My face and to meet with Me so that I can touch you and heal you, releasing a measure of My Glory deep within your spirit to change you and set you free from the bondage that the past and circumstances have brought you into.
A broken and contrite heart is needed to access the deep things of My nature and it is in the night seasons of your life that I am powerfully available to comfort, console and create within you a clean heart and perform creative miracles. My Glory resplendent upon your face is a reflection of your time spent in the tent of meeting in the night seasons. My Light now shining forth from within you into the darkness of other’s lives, so that they too will have the lamp of My Presence that now shines from within you………part 4.
