I have many plants in My Kingdom and, just as in the natural; there is an enormous variety of not only flowers, but shrubs and trees, even mighty oaks. The one thing they all have in common is that they have grown from seed. That seed comes from My creative hand and all the attributes and size and shape and variety are contained within that seed. So it is also at the new birth, a creative seed is planted within each and every one of My new creations. Just as in the natural the seed must be planted in the earth and fertilized and watered to promote growth, so My spiritual seed needs to be nurtured and fertilized and watered if it is to grow up into a healthy plant.
Scripture it says that I am the vine and you are the branches and My Father in heaven is the vinedresser. Just as in this example I am a part of the creative seed and without Me no planting of the Lord can exist or prosper or come to maturity. John 15:1-5 “I am the true vine, and My Father is the vinedresser. Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit He prunes, that it may bear more fruit. You are already clean because of the word which I have spoken to you. Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me. “I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing.
James 1:17 (WEB) Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom can be no variation, nor turning shadow.
I AM integral to all My Father’s plantings
I AM the foundation
I AM part of the structure
I AM in growth
I AM life
I AM strength
I AM vitality
I AM the daily new creation within
No plants can come into existence without Me being present, and no plant can grow up into maturity without Me being present at every stage of its growth.
When it comes time for budding, I am powerfully present as your true identity is revealed for all to see. You may be a flower, a shrub, a bush, a tree and as your shoots bud and blossom the formation of stems, branches, leaves, and foliage is under My watchful eye. As a shrub you may have been planted as part of a hedge to provide boundaries for God’s gardens giving them order and protection from the winds of adversity. As beautiful flowers you may be planted together with others of the same colour and type to make up a chorus of colour or a diversity of design highlighted by individual characteristics to magnify majestic features of both individual and family characteristics.
The design of the garden is in the hands of My Father and the arrangement of the colours, groupings, size, type and style is in His hands. The trees and large shrubs have been planted with care and precision as they take longer to come to maturity. The taller trees are needed to give shade to the garden beds to protect them from the noonday sun, and provide that sense of security when day is done, watching over God’s creation during the night seasons, ever with arms raised to heaven to receive strength each day, that they may continue to stand and be strong in the strength of the Lord.
It is in the cool of the evening that My Father in heaven comes to enjoy His garden. The perfumes that arise as He walks from one area to another delight Him as He looks upon His creation seeing in each one a little bit of Himself and sensing the love of His Son reaching upwards with adoration seeking to please the Father with all that they are.
Just as the beautiful perfumes arise from a garden of flowers, so too does the praise of God’s plantings arise as a sweet aroma to heaven and it pleases the heart of the Father that His creation is worshipping Him in doing that which it was created for, to be a praise of His glory, a reflection of His creative genius. Just as the plants reflect His nature, so too do you reflect His nature. How? By just being who He created you to be!
If you are flower, be a flower, let your inner beauty shine forth and the perfume of your praise be released each day to heaven.
If you are a shrub making up a part of a hedge, be strong and of good courage. Know that you are given qualities that are of a practical nature that will ensure the welfare and protection of God’s plants.
If you are weeping fig weighed down with beautiful blossoms remember that just as many stand with raised hands to heaven, it is a beautiful and important principle that you should bow down in humility in the presence of the Lord who has so loaded you daily with benefits that your very arms are drooping because of His bountiful blessings.
For those of you that are tall oaks of righteousness that stand guard night and day, defining the boundaries of the garden and providing shade for the delicate flowers, it is you who have the task to stand tall and straight with arms ever raised to heaven acting as it were as magnets to continually call down rain from heaven, that is the rain of Holy Spirit, so that the garden will be in health and prosper.
When the Spirit comes as a breeze from heaven it causes the flowers to dance before the Lord, their praise arising like sweet perfume heavenwards, the leaves of the trees rustle with excitement at the presence of the Lord, the branches wave from side to side and the garden cries out with thankful hearts that they are a reflection of the glory of the Father in the earth, the work of His hands, His life, His light, His love reflected in all that they are, together forming a symphony of praise, content and complete in being who He created them to be.
